Foie gras isa delicacy eaten in France. There are different grades of foie gras in France. This one is slightly more expensive then the bloc de foie gras. Serve slightly chilled with fig chutney. Ideal to eat with a baguette and lightly grilled toast, accompanied with salad and fruit. Serve with chilled champagne, white or red wine, whisky or armagnac.
