Shipping & Returns

We will despatch anywhere in the world. Please note the shipping costs are set up for European delivery and are based on the weight of the product. If you live elsewhere in the world, then contact me for a delivery cost. Your order will be depatched within 48hrs, but please note, goods will not be despatched on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Shipping may take longer during the busy holliday seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day and Easter). Fruits of France will do everything in their power to ensure you receive your goods on time.

All products presented on the site are available, though occasional stock shortages may occur. In case of a stock shortage you will be informed by e.mail within 48 hours (working days)and offered an alternative. You may then cancel your order, accept the delay or the replacement item proposed.

We take every care to ensure that our products and services give full satisfaction. In case of a complaint, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details of the criticism or complaint and we will determine the appropriate remedy, including a refund of payment or reshipment of product.

Returns will be accepted by Fruits of France only upon prior express formal agreement and in no case more than 48 hours upon receipt of goods.
